The price of the tiny home placement covers the placement and levelling of the tiny home at the designated site.<\/p>

Transport is not included in the price. The market cost of transport is about EUR 2\/km. Our production plant is located in Novi Sad.<\/p>

Payment schedule:<\/strong>
A down payment of EUR 1,000 will be made during the initial meeting, to ensure your construction deadline and place you on the waiting list, making it easier to arrange the construction and delivery date. In the next seven to ten days, you and our architects will decide on the materials, patterns, colours, and degree of furnishings for your new tiny home. Following the agreement, you will pay sixty percent of the total cost, and we will then proceed to order supplies and equipment. The remaining sum is paid after the building and equipment are finished. The payment for the cost of transporting the tiny home is made on the day before delivery.<\/p>

The warranty on the structure of a tiny home is 10 years. The warranty on materials, equipment and technical equipment is 2-10 years, depending on the manufacturer's specification. The warranty is not inclusive of mechanical damage, damage due to improper or unskilful use of equipment, parts of the tiny home or tiny home as a whole.

No foundation is needed for placing the tiny home. The tiny home is portable and placed on supports that are an integral part of its substructure.
