Tiny homes are made of wood protected from fungi, insects and other pests. The wall configuration consists of several wooden frames measuring 5cmx10cm, lined on both sides with OSB board, waterproof film and vapour barrier, and filled with 10cm thick mineral wool. The floor and roof are also wooden structures filled with 15cm of mineral and stone wool, lined with foils and sheet metal lining. The tiny home is environmentally and energy efficient and therefore suitable for living.
No foundation is needed for placing the tiny home. The tiny home is portable and placed on supports that are an integral part of its substructure. Keep in mind that no additional terrain preparation is needed for the placement of your tiny home. If the land is level, your tiny home will be lowered to 30 by 30 cm concrete slabs, which will further disperse the weight to the ground. We suggest using compacted gravel to fill the area where you intend to place your tiny home. We advise that you pour gravel at the spot where you intend to place your tiny home. You can even pour strip footings or concrete supports if you wish. The price of the tiny home placement covers the placement and levelling of the tiny home at the designated site. Transport is not included in the price. The market cost of transport is about EUR 2\/km. The starting point for transport is our production plant in Novi Sad. Hiring additional equipment (such as a tractor, crane, forklift, etc.) may be necessary, depending on the situation and location. This raises the cost of the actual transport.
