The floor and roof are also made of wooden structures, filled with 20 cm and 15 cm of rock wool respectively, and layered with protective membranes and metal cladding.
The house is above average in terms of ecological and energy efficiency, making it more than suitable for permanent living.
No foundation is required for installation. The house is portable and is set on footings that are an integral part of its substructure.
As such, the house is not classified as a permanent building, but as a temporary prefabricated structure, which simplifies the placement process in locations where a permit may be required.
