The houses are made of wood treated against fungi, insects, and other pests.
The wall configuration consists of multiple wooden frames measuring 5 × 10 cm, covered on both sides with OSB boards, waterproof membrane, and vapor barrier, and filled with 10 cm of mineral wool insulation.
The floor and roof are also made of wooden structures, filled with 20 cm and 15 cm of rock wool respectively, and layered with protective membranes and metal cladding.
