The price is inclusive of complete kitchen and furniture sets (gas or electric appliances from the list of essentials) and sanitary facilities, making the tiny home ready for use as soon as it is moved into place. It is up to you to choose the designs, colours, materials and level of equipment.

The price of the tiny home placement covers the placement and levelling of the tiny home at the designated site.
Transport nije uključen u cenu. Cena transporta se na tržištu kreće oko 2€ po pređenom kilometru. Naša proizvodnja se nalazi u Novom Sadu.

Payment schedule:
Radi lakšeg planiranja termina izgradnje i isporuke prilikom inicijalnog dogovora uplaćuje se kapara u iznosu od 1000 eur čime ste obezbedili svoj rok za izgradnju i čime ste upisani u kalendar čekanja.
U narednih 7-10 dana sa našim arhitektama se dogovarate oko materijala, dezene, boja i nivoa opremljenosti vašeg novog doma.
Nakon dogovora potrebno je uplatiti 60% od ukupne cene nakon čega poručujemo materijale i opremu. Ostatak iznosa se uplaćuje po završetku gradnje i opremanja. Dan pre isporuke je potrebno uplatiti iznos za troškove transporta kućice.
Garancija na konstrukciju kuće je 10 godina. Garancija na materijale, opremu i tehniku je po proizvođačkoj specifikaciji 2-10 godina. Garancija na materijale, opremu i tehniku je po proizvođačkoj specifikaciji od 2 – 10 godina.
